Returns & Shipping Information

At Big Little Wish, we want you all to be in love with your items. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, read below for more details on how we can help.

Returns

  • Items are accepted for return only if returned in their original packaging with hang tag present and in unwashed and unworn condition within 14 days of delivery date to the original payment method provided, less shipping fees.  To request a return, please email support@biglittle.com within 7 days of the delivery date. 
  • Once the item(s) are received and we confirm they are in unwashed, unworn condition and in the original packaging with tags, you will receive a refund. 
  • All return items must be in unused, unworn, and in the original condition. Items that are damaged or altered are not acceptable for any return.
  • Big Little Wish reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
  • PLEASE NOTE: We will issue store credit only for the original cost of the item if the item is returned after the 14 day return window. 
  • Shipping costs associated with the order are not eligible for refund or store credit.
  • We are not responsible for lost return packages.
  • We cannot hold items while a return is in transit from the buyer.
  • Big Little Wish does not accept returns or exchanges on SALE, CUSTOM, BIRTHDAY, OR HOLIDAY items.  All sales are final on these items.
  • Orders CANNOT be cancelled, changed, or modified after checkout is completed.  
  • The buyer is responsible for all associated shipping fees. 

Shipping

  • All orders have a processing time of 1-3 business days (M-F) before they can be shipped out, regardless of which shipping service you choose. If the item is a customized item, the processing time is 5-7 days. The shipping service chosen at checkout is based on the estimated speed at which the carrier will deliver your package once it leaves our facility and has no effect on the speed at which your order will be processed.
  • During peak seasons (holidays, sales, store openings, etc), processing may take additional time beyond the 1-3 business day window. 
  • We do not ship on weekends and holidays, which may delay the processing and shipment of your order. 
  • USPS is unable to provide guaranteed delivery dates for any order. Only FedEx Express options are able to guarantee delivery (domestic only). 
  • Pre-order sales for any merchandise do not have a guaranteed shipment date unless provided in the product description. Any given estimated shipping dates are subject to change.
  • Please note that we do not provide delivery instructions for orders.
  • All orders over $75 qualify for free shipping.
