At Big Little Wish, we want you all to be in love with your items. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, read below for more details on how we can help.

  • Items are accepted for return only if returned in their original packaging with hang tag present and in unwashed and unworn condition within 7 days of delivery date to the original payment method provided, less shipping fees. To request a return, please email within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Once the items are received and we confirm they are in unwashed, unworn condition and in the original packaging with tags, you will receive a refund.
  • All return items must be in unused, unworn, and in the original condition. Items that are damaged or altered are not acceptable for any return.
  • Big Little Wish reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
  • PLEASE NOTE: We will issue store credit only for the original cost of the item if the item is returned after the 7 day return window.
  • Shipping costs associated with the order are not eligible for refund or store credit.
  • We are not responsible for lost return packages.
  • We cannot hold items while a return is in transit from the buyer.
  • Big Little Wish does not accept returns or exchanges on SALE, CUSTOM, BIRTHDAY, OR HOLIDAY items. All sales are final on these items.
  • Orders CANNOT be cancelled, changed, or modified after checkout is completed.
  • The buyer is responsible for all associated shipping fees.
