Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and will take 3-7 days to arrive if you select our standard shipping option.

At this time we only ship items in the US and Canada

We are unable to make changes to or cancel an order once it is in progress. Please follow the return and exchange process after you have received your order.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation via email which will include a tracking number.

We ship orders via USPS Economy (3-7 days) and Express (1-3 days).

Stolen packages will need to be claimed with the carrier. You will need your tracking number and will need to contact the carrier directly.

At this time our belt bags are meant to work for any child age 1 and up.
